Business Areas
Global connectivity, empowering generations to come.
Photovoltaic Carport Support System
The photovoltaic carport support system integrates shaded parking shelters with photovoltaic power generation capabilities, making it suitable for areas such as parking lots and commercial plazas and enabling the integrated value of charging, parking, and power generation.
Agricultural shed support system
The agricultural greenhouse support system integrates photovoltaic power generation with agricultural cultivation, creating a comprehensive agri-photovoltaic development model that enables “cultivation below and power generation above.” This approach meets agricultural lighting needs while enhancing the added value of land.
C-channel steel is a high-strength, open-section steel produced by cold-forming. It is commonly used in structural systems such as photovoltaic mounting racks, steel-structure buildings, and equipment frames. Characterized by its light weight, high bending strength, and excellent stability, it is one of the most widely used types of steel in photovoltaic fixed-mount racking systems.
U-shaped steel is a common type of open-section cold-formed structural steel that boasts excellent impact resistance, bending resistance, and stability. It is widely used in photovoltaic ground-mounted racks, carport structures, and equipment support frames.
Z-shaped steel is a lightweight, high-strength cold-formed steel profile that is particularly well-suited for photovoltaic racking projects requiring long spans and lightweight designs. Its Z-shaped structure gives it outstanding performance in terms of load-bearing capacity and wind resistance.
M-shaped steel is a special type of high-strength cold-formed steel with a unique multi-linear cross-sectional structure. It is commonly used in high-load, large-span, and heavy-duty photovoltaic support structures.
Section steel of various types refers to specially designed structural steel sections tailored to meet engineering requirements, such as ∏-shaped, Σ-shaped, and Ω-shaped sections. The purpose of these designs is to enhance load-bearing performance, reduce weight, or satisfy specific connection needs.
Hot-rolled H-shaped steel is a structural steel product formed in one step by rolling steel billets at high temperatures. It features a uniform cross-section, stable mechanical properties, and high toughness. Thanks to its superior load-bearing capacity and seismic resistance, it is widely used in the columns of large-scale photovoltaic power stations, industrial building structures, and various heavy-duty projects.
High-frequency welded H-shaped steel
High-frequency welded H-shaped steel is automatically formed by high-frequency welding of steel plates and features high precision, customizable dimensions, and excellent cost-effectiveness. It is lightweight yet boasts good rigidity, making it widely used in lightweight photovoltaic structures and carport projects.
The large hoop clamp is a heavy-duty connector used to secure large-diameter columns to steel beam main girders, and it is one of the most critical fastening components in photovoltaic ground-mounted racking systems and carport structures. It is manufactured by stamping high-strength steel plates and then undergoes comprehensive galvanizing for corrosion protection.
The small clamp is used to connect photovoltaic支架 to small-diameter round tubes (Φ48–Φ76) and is commonly employed for securing lightweight structures such as cross beams, diagonal braces, and pole clamps.
Single-leg clamps are primarily used for structures subjected to unidirectional forces or requiring localized reinforcement, such as the single-sided fixation of diagonal braces to vertical columns. With their compact design and flexible installation, they are widely employed for secondary reinforcement in photovoltaic systems.
