Abstract

The prolonged high temperatures are putting every family member who remains steadfastly at the production frontlines to a real test. To effectively implement heat-prevention and cooling measures and safeguard the physical and mental health of our employees, on August 20, the company thoughtfully prepared “cooling gift packs” brimming with care, bringing a touch of refreshing coolness and heartfelt warmth to everyone amid the sweltering weather.

To effectively carry out heat-prevention and cooling measures and safeguard the physical and mental health of our employees, on August 20, the company thoughtfully prepared “cooling gift packs” brimming with care, bringing everyone a touch of pleasant coolness and heartfelt warmth amid the sweltering weather.


To safeguard the health and production safety of Ruifengda employees during hot weather, we have specially organized an event to distribute heat-relief supplies. Provided by the General Union of Daguozhuang Town, these “cooling gift packs” have been delivered to frontline workers in Ruifengda’s workshops. The packs include mung beans, white sugar, soap, and laundry detergent—essential heat-relief items designed to bring a touch of coolness to employees who remain steadfast at their posts during high temperatures, effectively serving as a “sunshade” against the heat. In addition, we’ve also prepared some heat-relief medications such as Huoxiang Zhengqi Water and Fengyoujing oil, based on the actual needs of our employees, to ensure that they’re ready for any eventuality.

At the distribution site, we set up a dedicated collection point, and employees lined up in an orderly manner to receive heat-prevention and cooling supplies. Staff members carefully checked each employee’s name against the list to ensure that every employee received the items they were entitled to.

We will continue to pay close attention to the actual needs of our employees and their working environment, constantly improving our heat-prevention and cooling measures as well as our stockpiles of relevant supplies. At the same time, we will also step up our efforts in health and safety education and management for our employees, ensuring that they can maintain a healthy and comfortable working condition even during periods of extreme heat.
